I cant remember where the post is either but 100% the pics best case are fakes and posted in other towns etc at the same time.

I would steer clear of that ad, no good can come from it.

Forget the photos -- the biggest red flag should be "no restriction at all"? Like, none? So, BBFS is OK? Sure ... pull my other leg ...

Also, I just discovered that none of those ads are active save the one above. So if you want to know if an SP is legit, other than obvious red flags like the one I mentioned, maybe just wait a day and see if the ad is still up.
