New sp????

Last Saturday night I was at a retirement party for a friend of mine. It was a formal dinner with a crowd of around 200. I was seated at a table with two young ladies who both work in his office. A couple of hours and a few drinks into the night I struck up a conversation with one of the young ladies who's real name I will say just in case she decides to enter into this business. The conversation went so well it lead to the dance floor, which even went better so we ended up at Johnny G's in the exchange.

I quickly found out that she is single, 31, and having some money problems and that in fact she was looking for a second job to help with her debt. She then told me that her x-boyfriend told her she should become a part time sp's or a dancer. Well she definitely has the body and the look of a dancer. 5-5, 115, probably a 34B slim athletic build and short blonde hair. I also asked her why her x-boyfriend thought she would be good sp. She quickly reply that she loves sex and she gives great head. One thing lead to another and we where back at my place in the hot tub when I requested a little of that great head, and the boyfriend was right. She does give great head, loves to receive daty, dfk was very passionate, FS was covered and in many different positions.

Met for the third time last night and told me she has contacted one of the local sp's and got some great advise and is thinking at 220.00 for an hour and at 2 calls a night she should be out of debt by the end of June.

With all the trash on BP lately it will be great for you fellas to have another top knotch reliable SP on the scene.
Hopefully the SP advising her is one of our better ladies, who will not only help her to become an A-list Sp but how to deal with all the assholes out there. I say this because there have been a few good ones show up over the past few years, only to drop out after a while of having to deal with the jerks. Some ladies aren't cut out for that part of the biz.

This lady is taking direction from a well known sp. The well known sp and set her up with a few calls this weekend and it didn't go so well.

The first was on Saturday afternoon and the pooner was late and then refused to shower claiming he had just come from home and was clean. The session end at the door.

Sunday morning was her second session and again the client was late. Called to let her know he couldn't make it but could come in 30 minutes. She re-books and 30 minutes later he's still not there. 15 minutes later he calls a again to say he needs another 30 minutes as mothers day breakfast with the wife and kids is running a little longer then planned. She's had enough of this guy and tell him to call back when he gets his life in order.

Sunday early evening is her third attempt at this business. The guy is on time but only has 160.00 and wants a 1/2 hr. of full service. Tell's her it that new ladies shouldn't charge anymore then 160.00 for 1/2hr, and 200.00 for a full hr. She's had enough and shows the client the door and asks him to leave.

Sunday night we hook up for a run and she says she doesn't think this is for her. She says she believes Indy sp's probably take a lot of shit, and she not that type of lady. She says the well known sp that directed these guy to her claims she has never had a problem with any of these guys.

Saw her last night and she's thinking about interviews at EB. Said she talked with Deep's lady and she thinks starting at EB would be a better way to get into the business and build a client list of guy's she has some chemistry with.

For all of you that are asking for her number I no can do. I did give it out to one well known pooner and he called her 15 times in one day. Yesterday she had her number changed and asked me not to hand it out. Sorry guys. However if she does start at EB I will post it.

Seems to be a jem too bad. She needs some reliable decent clients. I am always looking for this type of girls that don't do this on a regular basis but are nice and pretty. I find we can both benefit from the arrangement. If she decides to give it another shot pass around my name. Maybe we can start something up if she is interested.

I especially like the part about the guy being late becasue of Mother's Day brunch. Nothing says "Happy Mother's Day Honey. Thanks for enduring hours of grueling pain to deliver our babies, make a nice home for us and raising the kids", like running off to see an SP.

Personally I think the SP who set her up with these jag off's should call them up and rip them a new one for screwing her over.

I don't think her # should be passed around - could result in a lot of problems for her.
EB shithead bosses are aware of everything, so she should know that working there and lining up clients for indy, even for later, would result in extreme harrassment from management.
Is everyone getting so excited, boners in hand, cuz this is a newbie who is reported to be sexy? (This exemplifies how we are all so ready to find a gem in the mess of terrible choices on BP! )

Her personality is pretty much don't fuck me around and I won't fuck you around. Treat me with respect or fuck off. My rate is this much and if you come with any less don't let the door hit you on the way out. She mite be new to the business, but she is 31 and not new to the bullshit of everyday life.

As far as giving out contact info. I believe that's up to the sp. If she would like her info given out that's fine, however in this case she said she wanted to try it on a small scale and that's why she when though a well known sp. Now it could have be a bad weekend to start being that it was mothers day weekend. However personally I like how she handled things.

Personally I believe you will find her at EB shortly and she will pick and choose who she wants to see on a more intimate level. It's been happening for years at EB and it will continue for many more years to come.

I don't care what kind of business people are in if they come across as all high and mighty they will fail period. Having an ego is ok but don't let it get in the way of success. I already don't like the attitude that is being portrayed which is unfortunate.

I also agree with Mr.Green something doesn't smell quite right... be it the SP who set up the three contacts that have all turned out to be questionable or the attitude that she currently has.

I feel sorry for this young woman. It does sound fishy that a "well known" SP would refer three questionable clients as an introduction to the business. Might have been coincidence, but not showering, and negotiating rates? These don't sound like A list clients. And Mothers Day brunch, well, there is a client with absolutely no class.

You should point her here, and let her PM some of the posters in this thread. She can look at previous posts to get a feel for them. I'd volunteer for consideration... she can check my "street cred" as a pooner here...

EB might be an option for her, building a client list to go independent with isn't something they encourage from what I can recall, and she might not last long if they find out that's her intent.

The business just isn't for some ladies, but it sounds like she has the right skill set to accomplish her goals, she just needs a little more "luck" in finding clients and getting a better skill set for handling them. By making sure the FAQs are shared before the visit, she shouldn't have these problems. Having a set menu, pricing and hygiene standards would have avoided her situation, as well as booking solid times. We wouldn't accept an SP sliding our appointments along to fit their personal life, neither should she. After the first "I'll be there soon", she should have just said, "Are you 100%? If not, just give me a call when you are available, and if I am free, we can meet". But now she knows these things, she doesn't have to worry about them anymore...
