So what if it is licensed. the new federal law allow it to operate legal ? is it not close to a school ?

I see clients talk of raids in the past and this place and other was raided in the past . but now the clients will face fines that is new . so what difference dose having a license from the city make or not have to the one for the client
All the talk about "raids" was a bit over the top. I know it can be a bit of a word game but I would not characterize what happened as a "raid".
Under the by-law, Body Rub Parlors are subject to random, unannounced inspections from City Health Inspectors, By-Law Officers or the police at any time.
What happens when it is WPS and this happens to all of them, is the cops will come in and check all the staff on the premises for proper licenses and walk through to make sure there are no violations occurring such as drug or alcohol consumption, nudity or sexual acts. They also have the authority to ask any one found on the premises to produce proper identification and they may check you for outstanding warrants, etc. Then they leave.

Maybe a few tickets are written but no body is usually arrested unless they are wanted for something else. It is more of an inconvenience and perhaps even meant to scare the shit out of a few of the patrons who are there.

If they walk in the room and you've got your dick in some gals mouth then yes you may have a problem but only if you and the gal talk too much. She'd get fined and the parlor would for allowing the performance of a sex act on the premises and the nudity as well but unless either you or her tell the cops money was exchanged they can't prosecute you for anything. As far as they need to know you're a nice guy who she just thought would like a free BJ.
What guys need to realize and most cops know is that in situations like this people talk way too much. It is amazing how often the police just let someone try and explain themselves and in the process they incriminate themselves. They also know married guys will panic if the police imply that they just might have to inform the wife. Which by the way they cannot do unless they want to face a huge civil suit but again most people don't know this. Remember, "Loose lips, sink ships."
Here's what you do if you were ever caught in a MP. Give them your ID when asked. Be very polite (Yes Sir, No Maam, Thank you Officer). Answer the innocent questions but decline to answer anything that might incriminate you. In Canada you do have the right to decline to answer a question. The police might seem irritated by this and even make a veiled threat like they can hold you or even arrest you for not complying but that is not true. All you say is "I respectfully decline to answer your question." After a few attempts they'll realize you're not saying anything, throw you your wallet and clothes and tell you to get lost.

I was in earlier this week and saw an interesting woman with reddish/orange hair. Sorry, I don't remember her name, but the service was acceptable, The lady behind the desk allowed me to see the license for the premises. It's dates March 2015 and it sure looked valid to me.

went and checked it out...missed the old place..but not the former management...very courteous and friendly...seen Jayde am I the only one going to say wow...she put on a lot of weight...I don't consider her a spinner like before...no offence but I like my spinners tiny....but the place looks good and the people are great....glad there back....
