Almost none of the rub and tugs have a license, more so because they are not within the prescribed area allowed by the city by-laws in the downtown core. Most of the places that tend to get asked about are places where the girls are not RMT's and not legitimate anyways like Simi used to be, just some girls trained in massage doing the job and then figuring out they can make a little extra doing extras.

In regards to 621, was an 'ok' massage, nothing extra. Actually, there is a handwritten sign in the room stating 'professional services only' and if advances are made you will be asked to leave and pay for your massage in full. Didn't test the legitimacy of the sign, and just enjoyed the massage. Occasional accidental touching, but nothing more.

Went to River Rd today. Extremely cute young girl working -Sadie - but no options were made obvious - even though the towel on me was tenting. Massage was ok. Too light for my liking but the cute girl made up for it. Sounds like a couple girls working there but they are in or will be in school soon to be registered.
The room is open to an outside hallway so the noise of people walking back and forth to other offices in the building was distracting.

You guys need to be very careful when approaching ladies for extra's when you are not sure.
Years ago an RMT I used to see, told me about a guy who came to see her. As the massage is winding down he lifts up the towel to expose his erection, grabs her arm and tries to kiss her. She just happened to be a Black Belt in Judo. I guess her reflexes kicked in because within a few seconds the guy was laying face down, naked on the floor with her knee on the back of his neck.

260 St. Mary's is a legitimate massage therapy provider. It is best to keep names of attendants private because if named they can lose their job, etc. There has been a report on the other erb site of happiness there. I went recently and had a massage, great massage, actually. At the end, however, the attendant basically ran out of the room.

That being said, I'm the kind that never asks and doesn't do anything creepy. Yeah, maybe I miss out now and then, but I also don't want to disrespect legitimate massage therapists. (and IMHO a great massage with no happy ending is better than a lousy massage and a disinterested or mechanical finish. Damn I miss Rona...)

Let's just say that Nevada or another place like it will never open in Winnipeg again with a license for the City of Winnipeg. These little pop up places will continue to open and close, and then open again under a different name and address. It just a way of keeping ahead of LE, and the City of Winnipeg.

I don't normally push the ending, and at the very least I hope it's a great massage and maybe more.

Went to Gold King for the first time recently to see if it was any different from Yi-Yi which used to be there.
Got a girl who said her boss is generally the Massage Therapist, and gives a deep massage...and hearing the agony the girl in the next room was in, seems she must give a deep massage.
Anyway, besides my towel not being draped well enough and Mr Happy being exposed three times, the massage was ordinary....and it was nothing more but a massage.
Might go back to see 'the boss' to try a deep massage and see if it is any good, but not gonna expect more than my aches and pains relieved.
One other note...what did bug me, which bothered me about Yi-Yi is that the girl that massaged me and her boss stand at the till, wait for payment, and when I pay them (maybe with a small tip), they look at me with a 'is that it, waiting for more' look...not sure if they are looking for more, but sure seems like it...just an awkward exit, and considering the massage is just ok, and it is just a massage, I am not paying much more than the rate.

Hubby was not there, light massage, left unhappy. seemed promising , but then again that was my first time seeing her. May give it another shot.
