Looks like a winner here! I guess I am going to have to take a break from Kim Capri, Alex Adare and Shelby Luxx for the next few months :)

I priced one out tonight on apple.ca and it looks like I also will be going without pooning for a few months too. Damn pricey machine.

I was hoping they were going to introduce the new iMac's with Retina Display but now Macrumors.com is saying they are delayed til 2013

Too bad Apple could not have thrown in the optical SuperDrive and Ethernet adapter with the price. Otherwise for me it would have been a home run! I am eying the 2.7Ghz i7 processor with the 512 SSD.

Guess Apple will continue to not support Blu Ray even with Steve Jobs gone! But then again there's no future in disk media.

Ivy bridge is a fairly important step and I hear when the new OS launches in mid July you get a free upgrade. I may wait for next years model when the rest of the software catches up to the hardware changes in ivy bridge though
