There's obviously a connection. All 3 ads have the same statement "no black gens"....not a coincidence....

They are def connected. All have the same little phone icon etc. All three ads had a map showing 5th and Burrard at first, which is why I became curious.
Looks like price has jumped tho! Not going to toftt at that rate!
