I took a look at that new ad, Marina 5064, and something bothers me about the photos. They look homemade but they don't look like a Vancouver apartment. The first shot shows a huge mostly empty space. Vancouver, and I mean Greater Vancouver, apartments typically don't have anything like that kind of room. Secondly, the balcony shot really has me wondering. The material on the deck doesn't look like anything you see around here and the view of the framing on the underside of the balcony above looks different. So while tineye shows no hits, I am still really suspicious.

Definitely insist on a pic.
