New here. How do you post in reviews?

Hey everyone,

I recently had my first pooning experience, and I'd like to write a review. I seem to be able to post threads here in the lounge area, but it says I do not have the access rights or something to post in the reviews section. Is it just 'cause my account's too new?

I don't see anything about how long until you can post a review in the User Guidelines sticky. However, a mod posted an advisory that said user's abilities were limited until there validation email was received. That post seems to be gone now, but PERB sends an email to the email address you provided and you have to click the return line to validate your account.

Maybe the IP has to be checked prior to posting a review ?

Makes sense, it would cut back on notorious fake reviewers, shills and self reviewers.

Qwerysan, you have not validated your account. Click on the link in the email you rec'd when you signed up. Until then, you are very limited, to the lounge mostly.

Thank you for the reply everyone. I clicked on the validation link again, but this time I noticed it said that I'm in the moderation queue, I guess I just have to wait?

Create an account on any of the email providers: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Mail, etc. Then follow the registration procedure.

In any forum, scroll to the bottom of the page, look in the permissions box to see what you are allowed to do in that forum. So, if you want to post in Vancouver Reviews, scroll to the bottom of the page and see if you are allowed to.
