The speculation on this board is getting silly and ridiculous lately. First it was Oriental Massage being raided by LE, then gross speculation about Chanel's form. Now a client is saying that he saw something behind a vent that <i>might</i> have been the glint off a camera and people jump on it.
Did he try to get a closer look at the vent to confirm that it was a camera? No.
Did he open the vent to confirm that it was a camera? No.
Did he confront the management who then confessed that they were filming people? No.
Did he ask a masseuse about it? No.
Did he phone the police who then raided the establishment and found cameras in the rooms? No.
Has anyone with the slightest bit of credibile evidence of cameras in EB/TO come forward to comment on this (a masseuse or employee at EB/TO)? No.
What we have is someone who thought he saw something shiny and peculiar behind a vent cover from a distance of probably two meters in a dimly lit room <i>while getting a blowjob</i> for cryin' out loud and is SPECULATING that it was a camera. Nothing more, nothing less. Maybe it <i>is</i> a camera, but somebody give me some half-way serious evidence before they start spreading gossip!

Look I work in construction and there is nothing in a cold air vent return that should cast a glint. The one I saw in the ceiling (9 feet up) was went I was lying waiting for the girl to come back. I moved left/right and still saw the glint and it was in a round shape. Only one thing that does that and its not a rifle scope. This is about 3yrs ago, I spoke to a girl that used to work there and I made comment about what I saw and she agreed with me.

Take some duct tape with you, and when the lady is out of the room, use the tape to cover what you think might be a camera. If Management bursts into the room, you'll know for sure.

There have been allegations on boards in other cities that certain MP's have cameras inside the rooms. They usually prove to be unfounded, although some do have security cameras in the hallways.

I put little or no creedence on this since an establishment that is obviously working within the rules by having a licence would not jeopardize losing said licence since it would be pretty near impossible to ever get one again (beside a school, Hello!!). All it would take is a client or worker to let LE know this and, with FIPPA, all hell would break loose.
