It is close to cedar hill golf course. The building itself is much like Class chocie but a lot newer from the outside. The interior is new as well and look fairly nice. The surrounding is more residential compared to class choice which is more industrial. I do see that potentially be a problem for GC. Street parking is failry accessable. Not that many spots but the traffic in the area is minimal. Unlike the previous location where each suite has a dedicated shower which i really appreciate, I only saw one shower in the hallway. There could be more showers in other suites. If you are out of town and dont have a vehicle, it would be a bit hard coming and going. You definitely need a taxi to go there. The trouble is you will need a taxi to go back as well and getting a taxi in victoria can take a long time depending on your luck.
