MSOG is extra. The rate for that is on their profiles but you don't need to commit up front and can add it at any time during the session. That's pretty standard out here for most places.
We update our website daily, however we often only know the schedule a day in advance. Girls take days off, decide to work, or what have you short notice all the time. We can't commit to dates a week in advance.
