This is like a high school reunion. Lol reminiscing,Most of there guys on here never heard of 222 ,Jessie's ,rainbow and the one on main and Disraeli I can never remember the name of that one. Street walkers were in abundance and gorgeous.
Saturday nights I'd sometimes walk from condo near Wellington across the bridge and up to Club Forum. Liked Nicole, tall blonde very thin but cleaned up at the end, another girl that would have no equal today.
Yes at one time it was safe to walk around west Broadway at 2am.
I really appreciated and took advantage of 222 Sherbrook being open until 4am. Often went there after bars closed. Many different local ladies worth seeing over the years and often new young ones. Owners or maybe managers, always women, would run the place and would also provide sessions. One young lady owner who usually dressed like a tomboy in a plaid long sleeve lumberjack looking shirt became a close friend. Awesome body and good looking... would ask me to see a new girl to give her a pleasant first session. No discounts ever asked or offered. Sometimes I would come there at closing and cuddle or more with that owner.. cannot remember her name. Cop cars used to sit outside by the gas station but never bothered anyone. When the young somewhat chubby strawberry redhead took over it went to the dogs She used to be the receptionist for CindyFF behind Ft Garry hotel. She let 222 become a drug infested place and cops shut it down. Lots of great memories in my university days and for many many others. Cindy had worked there for awhile but was hated by all the other ladies... sneak into rooms when guys were dressing to leave and give a sample of what you get if you book her.. Lol a marketing strategy that worked.
