Is the young and cute type
Slim and petite
Asian

My budget is for >$200...please let me know if someone like that exists.

There's lots of K-girls that would meet your criteria for $160-$180 for 45 minutes.
Search ERSList for Korean and you will find a lot of ads.
Similarly search PERB for Korean to see a bunch of reviews.

Also, I was hoping not having to go through hit and misses and could get some confirmed suggestions from the good people here.

Also, for an even better GFE try Emma 0753. L7 B8 S9 A9

Neither have huge tits. Both are B or C cups but look great on their slim bodies. Both are well reviewed by me and others.
