Dress nicely, don't get to tipsy (just enough to dole out the compliments), have a girl choose a nice cologne (cuss us guys are useless at that sort of thing), and shave those nasty nose hairs.

Casino = da ladies. They are everywhere at any casino. Maybe try just wandering through one at home first to bolster your game. Take notice of how the ladies are interacting with those around and pick a nice one to strike up a conversation. There is lots to talk about in Casino and it is one of those magical places to meet like minded people.
