So I know I am not supposed to post because I haven't pay but I am having a serious issue >___> I had been using a location for some time and I am now being blackmailed with video clips of me in the suite and family info. I feel really stupid right now. I don't know if this is something where I should just shut my eyes and leave it alone and it will go away or if I should be taking the whole case to the police but I really don't want for there to be a large case. Thoughts, suggestions?

yeah I think the bawdy house law is still intact. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
Blackmail is definitely a crime the police wants to target more than your being in a bawdy house. And, at times like this, your family probably would be on your side as well -- if not, they aren't family much to you after all. Perhaps you could just sit tight and dare the blackmailer to do his/her worst? It probably won't come to much really, the sleazy cowards that they usually are.
sorry this is happening to you girl!It's a bit hazy now. There is still a bawdy house law but the reference to "prostitution" has been removed. It now references "acts of indecency". However, I do believe there was an article recently posted that bawdy house charges were laid recently in that Korean trafficking ring case.

Yes, I agree about talking to a lawyer. Most won't even bill you for a first visit especially if you are trying to get legal information. I think if you tell them you are escorting it would help, it isn't illegal. The blackmailer is probably in more trouble from a legal standpoint than you; this person has already broken a few laws and could be looking at jail time and/or fines etc. I understand not wanting to be 'outed' to friends and family, but this person will probably keep coming back for more money and/or 'favours' if you pay them.

Talk to Suzi and she'll probably be able to point you in the direction of the most appropriate legal advice for this as well as advise on how to approach this with the police.
You do have some rights under the law and you may be able to get this handled reasonably quietly without been outed.

I am VERY thankful to EVERYBODY who has taken the time and has given me suggestions on what to do! I have talked to Susi. I have DEFINATELY outed the incall. That being said the camera device is somewhat discreet; there is no audio: a forewarning about the "famed lougheed incall" which a few young ladies use.

Greetings, I am the one that runs this incall. First off, let me begin by saying im new to this industry and had to figure a way to protect myself and the girls. Yes i did have a hidden camera in the bedroom.
When i first started out i was stressed because i didnt know what has happening in the suite. I couldnt sleep because who knows what was going on in the suite (besides the obvious). I was thinking of WCS (worse case senario). I have 2 main senarios that i was worried about.
Senario 1 - She has a client, and the client is her friend/UC (undercover). With the camera i can hear what was going on if they were trying to conspire against me. Then i could react accordingly.
Senario 2 - I go to the suite and heaven forbid something really bad happened. (I practise C.Y.A and K.I.S.S.) I have evidence that i didnt do it and we have a lead to the culprit.
Senario 3 - Shes doing hard drugs (which i caught and fired her)
Rest assured that these videos are only for defence only, not offence. Which im glad i had because Nympho Nadia blackmailed me, not the other way around. She threatened to contact my wife on FB and rat on me if i didnt give the suite exclusively to her. If i did blackmail her, what would i blackmail for? anyways.... the security camera loops and keeps videos for 48 hours (depending on traffic, its motion activated)
Basically if nothing bad happens noone sees the videos just like all security camera in legit businesses. They only look if a problem arises or if they are suspicious of something. Plus there is too much footage to go through.
I have moved the hidden camera last november. Its on top of the fridge and another camera in th livingroom that is live feed. I use that to see if someone is working thier shift or not.
I do want to have a VIP establishment and continue on providing a nice, well kept suite for you guys to enjoy.

I told the truth and trust me, tube8 has way better videos. You try having your own incall and lets see if you can deal with the stress. I protect myself, is that so bad? anything to help me sleep at night is well worth it.
