need recommendations for first time

I would read reviews, advertiser section, and the 411 section and ask questions.
For myself, I wanted to start with a group instead of an independent, just in case I made the wrong choice and got scammed. Riza's and AF has been here a long time - their talent comes and goes, but they (Riza and AF,etc) must be doing something right, and be consistent, to be here this long.
Another option for starting this hobby are massage parlours, have you tried those?
