Definitely the best girls are never reviewed. Or the best ones have maybe one or two reviews at the most. Who wants to give away the hidden gems?
I don't think I have seen a review from you for a lady who isnt already well reviewed so I don't think you're helping or hurting their business whether you write a review or not. If a lady provides great service (even if she somewhat flies under the radar) she will have no problem building a solid client base of repeat customers and have no problem earning a really good livelihood...especially considering the claims of the income made by some escorts who are notorious for providing poor service.

More like you don't want them to be swamped with a bunch of leeches, who promise to review and then never do.
Some of the best gems are the ones who are truly part-time and don't work, so if you do a review you hurt your odds of seeing that person.
I've seen a few ladies who were only reviewed once, but knew there were others like me who didn't want her to get more attention so she flew under the radar.
More crap than hidden gems though.
If she wants to sleep with just a few guys and be rich, why doesn't she just go to be a concubine in a harem in another country and just fuck one guy. Or you know, marry rich?
There are incredible girls who like to fly under the radar, aren't full time and just want to see a few gentlemen a month. Some of the best only have one or two reviews and then no more. You have to learn to read between the lines.

I don't have that motivation, but I found sometimes there's a real tradeoff about sharing, at least when a part-timer is concerned. Sent a PM to another member with a recommendation, and next thing I know I couldn't book that girl last week because he took the spot first. I offered her to write a review before and she didn't say yes. Works better for me if I'm hoping to see more of her.
I'm not sure why you think that. Believe it it not there are ladies who don't want reviews and have all the business they want. You're the one looking for help.
