There was one a few years ago ... although she 'retired'/'moved on' probably at least 5 years ago - Yoko.
There's been one or two I've seen who were temporarily here but Japanese coming to Victoria, at least, has seemingly been on the decline -- especially since the situation started.
Oh there's Koto at SU -- she's in her late 50s at this point but she's very good at what she does.
