Was trying to get into VIP for my first time and did everything i’ve Read about on how to get in. But she called me and said I need a reference. Is there anyone who can be my reference? If not how else do I get in? I tried to ask her if there was another way but I think there was a language barrier. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

When they say that you need a reference they mean you need a reference from another SP who you have seen. If you haven't seen any other SP's then you are out of luck for now and even if you do have a reference from another SP there is no guarantee.
I agree with 204fun. You'll need to be more active on the board as well. Get out and see a few ladies, post your reviews. Get involved with some of the ongoing discussions. The other thing to try is early in the day. Any time I try to book a nooner I get automatic responses.

I've been trying for months...with great references from 2 very reputable travelling SP's that know me. I am slim, clean, average handsome, etc. I've given up trying for now ... one thing I'm NOT looking for when calling a provider is rejection lmao. Sure, I may try again at a later date as the girls really do look incredible. I'm just letting you know you are not alone in this...it's really a crap shoot as to whether or not you get in so don't take it personally. Personally, I'm not going to run and sleep with a tonne of different SP's then brag about it on a public forum just for references. IMO that's just not reasonable or safe for me. Maybe one day we will get lucky lol.
I think a few of the girls come out of Calgary. Maybe tell them you're a Flames fan.
VIP is definitely on my bucket list, mainly for the SOPAM with some really beautiful women. I’m with Andrew - I don’t want to take risks beyond my regular SP’s whom I’ve developed a good mutual relationship and trust with. Def gonna try VIP in the near future (crossing fingers)
