I am a complete mess writing this post, early yesterday morning I saw an SP and during sex the condom rolled off without me or her noticing. It was 5-10 minutes thereafter I realized that I was unprotected and had to stop. I do not feel any symptoms atm and 100% am getting a full checkup to make sure I am clean but I am just in fear of the worst. I always play safe, even CBJ never BB, but to have this happen is a such a feeling I can't express. Feel so ashamed right now and am in dire need of advice.
1) When is the best time to get a checkup?
2) What can I do in the short term to neutralize the chances of a virus manifesting?
Please help me in which ever way you can, I am so disgusted I allowed this to happen... Just need some advice if you have anything to share.
