1. is the computer plugged in?
2. is the computer turned on?
3. does the computer have a menu?
4. will the computer DFK?
5. is it running MSOG or some other operating system?
6. can you give us L/A/S (lights, actions, sounds) for the computer?
7. what is the computer charging you?
8. is the computer doing out-calls?
9. does your computer run for the whole hour of log-off early?
10. would you recommend this computer to other users?

Since it seems there are a few computer literate types here, could you describe the problem(s) that you are having.

This way we can give you an honest answer rather than get hosed by one of those computer shops.

Faulty motherboard - had to replace irt and then do a complete reinstall of Windows XP which I have done - now I can't my Virusscan working (MacAfee version 7). Will keep working on it.

Bail on Mcafee, AVG version 7 works fine and fukkin dandy.
