Generally before you get into the bios there's a indication of the motherboard make and model on the bottom of the screen.

If not look at the actual motherboard. Look for stickers or painted on logos. The can usually be found around the edge of the board or near the PCI slots. You may have to take PCI cards out to find them.

If the motherboard has no logos or stickers or any id marks you can always google the actual chips on the motherboard. Find the south bridge and google the id marks on it then match that up with drivers.

Let the software do the work

I had a couple of ideas, Verb...

1) If your PC's at least two years old, try installing Windows XP. It's pretty good at auto-detecting things, and you might not even need to find your motherboard drivers because XP will have installed everything. Don't forget to run Windows Update when you're done, because a lot of driver updates get posted there.

2) If you have a copy of Office 2000 or newer, install it and then open one of the programs (eg. Microsoft Word). After it loads, select "Help | About Microsoft Word," and then click the "System Info..." button. You should see your board make and model under "System Manufacturer" and "System Model," respectively.

Worked for me, anyhoo. Good luck. :)

check the device manager. If you see anything Via then the via 4 in 1 drivers might do the trick.

Also, go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information. It should list the make and model there.

Take it to the Chinese computer store on Victoria & 50th and they will charge you $20 to find drivers for any mother boards.
