all I’m stating is that if a newbie is good:
1) she becomes more in demand over time ... and her prices go up, or
2) she quits once she reached her goal (save up for school, pay off loans, rent ...), or
3) stays in industry long term and might burnout and become resentful ...

Sorry I misread it as you only see new providers cause they are more naive and charge less instead of hiring someone because you have a good connection! Not all experienced SPs hate their job! 😛 nothing wrong with being good and in demand!
