Also I reckon this is a stupid question but the answer eludes me, how do i figure out the 4 digit number associated with the ads?

No review from me but to answer your question (and the only stupid one is the one you don't ask thinking you know the answer but don't) with an example. You would search for Natasha 0341. The digits are the last 4 of the phone number in the ad.
