Monday night I was in Victoria and an appointment I had with an independent that fell through. It was not her fault. It was a combination of phone equipment and the hotel I was staying at. Some hotels have privacy policys that do not let them give out room numbers or even let people know you are staying there. I should have asked them about this beforehand. I didnt expect that.
