Presuming that this is Naomi Raven. I sort of got turned off by her phone demeanour too. Wasn't out-and-out rude as Rockydaty claims, and if she was, I have no idea if he deserved insult, but when I called she kind of sounded annoyed that I was calling and enquiring. I am always polite and to the point - rates, services, availability, etc.
Usually how girls are on the phone is that last test before I decide to book or not. Shame, though. She's my kind of girl.
