I think if you re read what I wrote you will see it was all in fun and more for humour sake. I dont think I once mentioned offering free pooning for reviews. It is truly sad that some people can take something so negative from a little humour. To those who filled my inbox with humorous replies, thanks so much for putting a smile on all our faces down here at WO. Very creative and very NAUGHTY some of you!!!!!

However, the little grain of truth is that clearly the incestuous relationship between Perberts and providers makes the reviews something of a stew of facts, fairy tales, and advertisements.

But fuck me and the seaplane I rode in on. At least the staff at IB was friendly and the place wasn't a dump. (BTW, Audrey you were wonderful, I'm sorry you have to work for such a pill).

Rollerboy has insulted no one on the board, except perhaps Mr. Devine who has treated him like shit, he merely made an observation which after spending $1000 I think he has the right to do.

My Sincerest Apologies

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for reacting inappropriately on this board fellas. It appears I have ruffled some feathers and should have taken a more professional approach to this.
After putting in so much time and effort into getting WO up and running it was hard not to take Poontang Man's comments personally when he was insulting WO without actually ever visiting us. I wrongly lashed out. I am sorry for this. I tried to make light of the situation by pretending he missed out on the 'tryer outer' position. Most seemed to enjoy it.
Roller boy then accused PERBers and SP's of being insestuous and that the reviews on this board are nothing more than fairy tales/shilling. He insinuated that my mere suggestion of a 'tryer outer' (notice the name even. sheesh) meant that I was buying reviews. That sucks. I was just trying to have a bit of fun. I thought despite the overwhelming PM response for the job that it was still lame for someone to take such negativity from my post. He insulted me personally and I reacted once again in a very unprofessional manner.
Now Im not saying I dont feel what I said but I know that I should not have lashed out and for that I am extremely sorry to anyone I may have offended during my moments of poor judgement. Im learning that I dont have to understand Poontang Man's motives nor like Rollerboy's attitude to still treat them as important past/future clients. Once again I am sorry.

There are no motives involved in here Devine...PPD much?,it is a known fact(specially to the people who do their homework!)that you find it very irritating whenever your agencies come under any kind of criticism either from Perberts like me or the people who used to work for you.There are no hard feelings here...we are just discussing the level of service @ one agency or another & the hope is that "the owners" are listening.

BTW, Tesco Vee...as Steve put it so perfectly your glorious contribution to this board with the whole whopping of 1 posting is greatly appreciated!!the only "Priceless" thing here is your comments from the peanut gallery!!!

Every disgruntled customer or skeptical potential would-be customer is an opportunity to make a loyal customer for life, if they are handled with class, tact, care, & skill.

There was a hotel customer service study. A questionnaire asked them to rate their stay & how likely they'd return. Of those who were happy with their stay, they rated as very likely to return. But the group that was MOST likely to return were those who had a bad experience but management dealt with it to their high satisfaction.

I myself can attest to such experiences. There's a good lesson for anyone interested in providing superior service.

Thanks Steve, PM, Yogi. One of the things that adds to the credibility of this board is that there are both positive and negative reports, complaints, praise. And a lot of open and frank discussion. There are obviously occasional shills and recycled identities for whatever purpose, but only the most absurdedly motivated shill would bother to be thoughtful, humorous, and informative, which so many writers here are.

And there's Mr. Devine. Ha ha. Just kidding. You do need to be a little less thin skinned. You're operating a service business. I'm just a guy looking to have a few laughs and a good time, blow off a little steam and spend a little play money. And then, yes, run my mouth off about it. Misunderstandings happen.

Well, I was cruising the ads in Monday magazine and was intrigued when I checked out Nadia's picture on the WO site. Thought maybe it was worth coming out of retirement for this honey and booked an appointment. Then the big head thought .. better check out the reviews on perb. After reading this thread I phoned quickly to cancel the appointment and will keep looking!
