What's with this chick?
I selected Nadia the other day. For 18$ plus room fee, the session was lackluster
Good looks are only going to get you so far in this business. Taking advantage of customers is a bad decision.
I've tried a number of others, but this one is a definite no repeat. Let Nadia "sit" untaken for a few weeks. If she doesn't get the message, there is always an office job!

In the meantime, recommend users STAY AWAY.

I had a similar issue with another girl, I spoke with managment regarding the issue and she was very apologetic and gave me a half hour free room. I chose Nadia once and will not happen again!

Thanks Superhighguy. You have a point.
In my case, I'd rather not throw the baby out with the bath water. The place is fairly well run, with new management learning and improving as time goes on.
I think it's a fine balance between trying to operate the business with an iron first vs letting the ladies "run their own show."

It's people like Nadia who give the place a bad name. I hope, for management's sake that she decided to move along.

Did you mention your disappointment to Nadia or Management? Make suggestions on how she could improve and earn you repeat business? Or were you just hoping someone here would do that, or that she would wake up one day and figure it out on her own?

I am still hoping Diamonds will someday compare to the Nevada we once knew but management has to understand the girls like Nadia just give the place a bad rep guys get burned they don't come back, need some good report from there

A lot of girls do not take any criticism well. Some go nuts, look how many freak out on here when they get criticised even when it is justified. Waiting awhile and posting about it might be the best way to go. Diamonds reads this board and will let her know.

Or maybe she just is not cut out for this business.

Nadia has a superior attitude, thinking she is better looking than other ladies and thinks she should expect clients to pay her more. She demands a higher fee compared to the other ladies, because there is no standard fee set there, but she does not provide any better service. She does not realize that attitude is in fact more important than looks. I think majority of the clients that go there do not read reviews on here, so they have to learn the hard way- by trial and error. Would be interesting to know how many repeat customers she has.

Many perbites will not go there because of past raids by LE, so it is the unsuspecting clients that are "conned" thinking that picking a good looking attendant (she is not that great looking but looks after herself and presents herself better than others) will provide a great session. Attitude! Attitude! Attitude! Doubt if she will learn. Clients that do return have to not pick her, but many of us have decided not to return. Even if management talked to her about her lack-lustre service I would not repeat ... who wants to see an sp who has to force herself to provide good service!! One strike and you are out! Big turnoff is a phony attendant!! New clients will not know it is forced but many of us do know.

It looks like so many of the posters/viewers of this thread are also Diamond clients. I can only assume that one of us will direct the manager(s) to check out their staff reviews.

Personally, I'm interested in discretion. What that means is that I would have two choices: either tell management and/or the lady that I felt ripped off, which would preclude me from posting here. Or, I choose to post here, more publically.

This allows for two options: either there will be other clients who agree with my report. Or, we may find some supporters of the lady in question. Both sides can provide valuable insight.

I dont think Diamonds is very busy or not as busy as they would like.Is Kelly still there? There is a Kelly at Broadways again..is it her?
Ladies at MPs always refer totheir busiest girl as the "top girl " and if she is disappointing clients there could be trouble between girls. At first they were all happy about working there but will it last? Some of them are also working indy and allowed to.

I had seen Alissa I believe it was her first day, she was very nice and responsive great attitude. Then I chose her again and not recommended! She seemed very off, was dozing off wasn't aware of what was going on which quickly ended my time seemed she was a different person since the first time seeing her. I would not recommend anyone seeing her unless you feel like sleeping the whole time!

Taylor, who is managing the parlor now, has an ad on BP for hiring to fill a couple of time slots. No experience necessary as they will train the new ladies. However, they need to get their session fees in control as some ladies set their own fees and with the room fee on top of that the total fee is not warranted for lacklustre sessions. Ladies in MPs do not have any overhead, do not have to arrange advertising or have a place for business, towels etc ... yet some of them think they can add a high fee onto the room fee to be higher than what an indy sets as a fee! Yet many of them operate as an indy also. Cannot see Diamonds surviving if they do not get busier.

Thanks Nevadareg: She seemed pretty alert the one time I saw her. I can't say as much for some of the others on duty.
I do recognize that some people have families, sick kids, and outside jobs to go to.

Agreed Sixpack: I'd like to see the place survive because of the ability to visit on relatively short notice.
The overall costs issue still has to be addressed. They should be reconsidering some form of frequent-user or monthly rate like the previous manager used. I think it was $270 or something like this.

When I was there last time...they said they were starting a new program (similar to EB/TO - without any upfront expenditure).......something like take 6 or 7 sessions(can't remember which - getting too old...lol) get room fee "free" next visit....had like a recipe card file set up ......check it out

Yes, and thank you for coming to me with the issue, if im spoken with I can help to try to make this right! unfortunatly no matter how much I say sometimes girls do not take it and use it! Short time gain for long time loss is what I wish some would understand!

Taylor here! I agree 100% about needing to get the session fees in control and I am doing just that! unfortunantly some girls will still try to over charge and in those cases I hope the clients speak with me regarding the issue so I can address it. Even through inbox to avoiding me knowing who they are is fine!
