n00b question

I'm not sure if this is the right board for this type of questions, but I'll give it a try.
I'm new to the FS scene. Had some massage action before, but never FS. I've been a silent member in this community the last couple of months and I was thinking of trying one of the Asian Fever girls, but I'm not quite clear on the FS etiquette.
Do I pay upfront?
Am I expected to tip on top of the asking price?
Is there some guide in this site regarding the proper procedure?
I read the tradesecretsguide, but there was not a lot of information on the process itself.

Well, the massage is just the rub and tug in Thailand. Never tried anything in Canada until now.

You are talking about Victoria, right? Or Asian Fever in Vancouver? The two could not be more different.
In Victoria the chances of meeting the girl you see in the ad are almost nil. With a few exceptions being Yuki, and maybe someone else, but I can not think of anyone right now. Yuki gives what I think is the best massage in town, and transitions into FS after the massage. Be freshly clean, (or accept her offer of a shower at her place), and respectful and don't try to cheat her on $$ and you will be rewarded. She prefers to settle the donation at the start, as she has been stung by some guys who play the "forgot my wallet" or some other shit excuse. Which is really shitty as her rates are more than reasonable for the service she provides. In my humble opinion.
As for Asian Fever in Vancouver, the photos are (in my experience) real and accurate, as is the list of services and costs on their web site.
And yeah, it's not a stupid question.
