Very accurate, Grusse. The conferences that have a playoff between division leaders will mostly, if not all, take place next weekend.
Conferences with no playoff have already been decided.
That being said, let it be known that there are differnet levels of the NCAA. This thread is likely to be about the NCAA BCS. BCS is the highest level, with the FCS being next. These are all colleges usually smaller than the major universities which participate in a 8 or 16 games playoff (not sure) to determine a champion. Then there are Division II and Division III. Each is unique in their own right.
And that is just in football. Other sports have their own formats.
