To answer your question, yes women do appreciate men who make an effort to groom down there. While shaved is definitely nice, I think trimmed (with hair clipper or mustache trimmer) is also very nice. It looks neat, is easier to clean and is more convenient & quicker than shaving IMO + more simple as well.
It makes it a lot more inviting and that usually means a girl is likely to spend more time there.

i sometimes shave// but it grows so fast within a month or two..and got a full bush again..
and everytime i shave,, i cut myself..and it hurts like a MF***

I have no problem getting SWs down there & i never shave, just trim.
Maybe other SP's are more picky.
Had mines lasered and nothing compares and it wasnt even expensive. This place i go to had the price of 130 for armpits and privates.
Were you at all concerned the laser might chop off something you wanted to keep?
I actually prefer a nicely cropped landing strip on a lady...so sexy looking.
With that in mind I've grown a wonderful strip of hair about 2" wide that runs from just below my navel down and along the top of my shaft and then along the centre of my balls and continues up my ass crack to my lower back. I work really hard at keeping it groomed. I think the ladies appreciate my efforts.
