I haven't seen Shame or Dangerous Method yet but this guy has quickly become one of those actors whose presence in a film makes me want to see it. I think he's great. And I'm comfortable enough with my heterosexuality to say that I can see what you ladies would see in him.

If you're a fan, check out Centurion from about a year and a half ago! Definitely a testosterone fueled movie for guys but you ladies would have Mr. Fassbender to drool over.

I don't find Carey attractive at all...Her body looks out of shape and her face is average at best...plus I can't stand short haired women... I would rate her a 4.5.

Inspite of his brilliant acting performance in " Shame ", Fassbender still got snubbed by the Oscars. Well, same with DiCaprio and Gosling. There's always a next time. :nod:

Pretty happy though since Rooney Mara of " Girl With The Dragon Tatoo " made it. From nobody before David Fincher gave her the breakout role to the Oscars Red Carpet. And her family's NY Giants made it to the Superbowl. Lucky girl. :thumb:

No surprise on Fassbender not getting a nod, it just shows you how out of touch the Oscars are...

Drive not getting any nominations (Sound Editing doesn't count) is a bigger crime.

It should have gotten nominations for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor at least...

I have no problem with The Artist though and I hope it sweeps.
