My 2 cents about the industry

I hope this gets read and not deleated but I feel it's time to say something about the industry as of late and I will try to keep this as short as possible. My dad used to say to me son " if you do a good job for someone they will tell a few people. If you do a shitty job for someone they will tell everyone they know and before you know it your out of work." " Don't ever forget that and it applys to everything your gonna do in life"

Now to translate that to this post is this. I have been posting a lot about how angry I am alot of times because of fake ads, or upselling, or girls being unprofessional, etc and its getting to be a bit too much. What's worse is that alot of the girls that are doing this seem to think it's o.k. and that no one will find out and all they need to do is change their phone number and its all good.

I am sorry but that is not the case. the escort community its too small in Vancouver and sooner or later you are always going to be found out. It's a fact of life AND IT WILL HAPPEN, IT ALWAYS DOES. So why continue to think it's O.K.?

Not only are you just doing damage to yourself in the long run but you are giving all the girls that pride themselves on thier reputation a bad name because you are casting a lot of doubt to the new guys and they just don't trust any of the girls anymore.

Guys are going to post on here if it's a bait and switch, If you quote one price and then try to upsell once you get their money and only offer them a HJ for showing up for 200. bucks.

Honestly IT MAKES ME REALLY ANGRY WHEN THIS HAPPENS ( I am sure it doe's with alot of other guys as well) and just because you are in the door DOESNT MEAN YOU ARE GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.!

For you girls that post fake pics of yourself, well you can't get away with that anymore either. TINEYE made sure of that and more and more guys are using it now. Yet another favorite of mine is the pic you put up of yourself from 10 years ago which looks nothing like you now. It's because of this now that I say to the girls right away " If that pic is not you and its not recent I will not even answer the door so I hope your not wasting our time?"

Moving on to the girls that say they will be there in 30mins and 2 hrs later they are still nowhere near your place and everytime you call they say they will be there in 10 mins. Listen this is a business and time is money. I pay you for your time which is usually a hour ( oddly enough it's never a hour anyways cause as soon as a guy busts you pack up and leave) so it's NOT OK FOR YOU TO WASTE A CLIENTS TIME AND BE HOURS LATE WITH NO EXPLINATION. It's rude, its unprofessional and its un-acceptable by any persons standards. Its as bad as when a client travels to see you and when they get there you dont answer your phone or when we call back and your phone is now off.

End result is this and I really hope alot of the girls that pull this kind of stunt read this. There are so many girls that adverstise now you can be replaced very easy. Don't place multiple ads but with different phone numbers cause your gonna get caught. If you quote a price then stick to it, if its gonna be a plus plus situation then say it up front so we know what to expect, instead of taking our money once your in the door and ad more for extra's and think we are going to pay it. Stop posting fake pics of yourself and be on time. If your not then be respectful and call back if your running late and quit lying and giving stupid excuses as to why your late etc.

For the guys that read and post on this board its up to us to put a stop to all this non-sense and let us all know what's up with girls or agencies that pull this crap. It's time to get rid of the one's that are giving all the other girls a bad name and making experiences bad for guys that are trusting you to give them a good experience. Enough is enough.

Oh ya and sorry I forgot. Ladies in case you have not noticed or not but this site has become so popular that all that stands between you being busy or dead is a good or bad review that is put up on this board.

Well I mean it makes sense and i know I am not the only one that feels this way and I wish that people would just stop reading this and moving on. I posted this so guys can post their feelings about this as well as the honest girls that dont do this non sense.

I have to chime in. I've stopped pooning since a couple months ago because I don't want to drive 15-20 minutes to some place only to find the supposed 20 year old girl is 45 years old. There use to be many great providers even on craigslist: real pics, good service and no crazy old. Right now there seems be a group of people who constantly ship girls from asia to work here. Just look at the ads on craigslist. The majority of the ads look like the same person wrote it up with a different name and a different fake pic.

100% agree! At first I didn't use to walk away but after a while we all do. But even if we saved our bill we wasted our time!!! I'm a big face and age person and I hate getting scammed !!! if your ad says you are 20 please at least be twenty something not forty something ffs!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this has been much of the business for many years. In the old days, before the independents and the review boards, all you could do was call an agency and hope for the best.


This board and others makes most of that a thing of the past.

i agree and would like to say, business practices as described are also killing workers. we know robbing customers will lead to violence and same applies to lying or misrepresenting your self. just my two cents.....

thanks for your post. It is well said and I do agree.

My comments to this are twofold:
1) it goes both ways, I am sure there are a lot of independents who double book because they are never too sure that their appointments will go through and missed appointments for them also cost them money as they have to pay driver or decline another appt.

2) this is the main reason why I find it more convenient to go to agencies (i.e. the Fox Den) because it is just much easier to book and be almost certain that appt will go through and on time.

I know I pay a bit more to go places like the Den. At the end of the day though, whenever I call someone on CL, they usually don't answer and most times you don't even have option to leave a voice mail because the mail boxes are full. Also, there is more time/money wasted when you don't get what you are expecting to pay for. When you add it all up, it probably cost more in time and money to go the CL route.

I've always been curious about callers who ask little information about me and just take the chance and come by or call me out. Later, I've learned that these confident callers are perbers......great board!

When I call a CL # I ask if the girl is "close" to the photo in the ad,cuz the chance of it being legit is,what, maybe 5-10%?

When I go to the incall if the pic is close&I feel a comfortable connection,i.e. if I'm greeted warmly,then I'll stay.

If,on the other hand, the 22 yr old D cup in the CL ad ages to mid-30's&shrinks to B cup,I show the ad&politely say "This is the girl I booked an appt. for".

This causes the usual tapdancing, "she not here today" etc.At which point I leave....and inform the bldg mgr or concierge just what is going on in apt.****.

with any luck that will throw a f..k into their business and they'll have to move.

That IS too drastic. Eye for an eye maybe okay, but this is like an eye plus a limb. As pissed off as I get with false advertising I don't want to mess with peoples lives. I would just leave and post a warning on this board afterwards. This would promote more people to do research here and post more.
