There is a thread int he Winnipeg department in which the accusation was levelled at one person of having more than one handle at PERB. Now I would hardly be surprised if there are people here using more than one handle. Quite frankly I can't see a need to have more than one other than for dishonest purposes.

and her agency.

if you have a suspicion on multiple handles you can msg us that is the best I can do. I will do a search, sometimes we cannot prevent this. If you want to use multiple handles on different computers go for it. Get a life though, if you have the time to register extra email accounts, extra perb acounts go for it. Nobody is stopping you from being a geek with no life. Maybe you should find something to keep yourself occupied. If it compensates for a lack of testosterone/manliness go for it.
ALL new posters in Edmonton are under high alert with me. I watch multiple handles pretty carefully, check ip addresses of all first time posters and do a search. If a user matches an ip address with someone, i will watch those two users carefully to prove if they are the same individual.
IP addresses are not usually used to banned ppl because of the dynamic nature, but if evidence is definitive (being key) then I will ban multiple handles.
