Seems funny that the few SP's who have responded to this thread aren't really complaining about this being some kind of expectation. It only seems to be a few guys who are bend out of shape about it.
Personally when I see someone I don't time my activity, it takes as long as it takes..and in my case for whatever reason, be it medical or otherwise, it tends to take a long time. So I would expect an SP to have to deal with the reality of the situation. I don't think that's an unreasonable expection if it falls within the time frame we've agreed upon.

For better or worse, that's pretty much my situation as well. And if I'm paying someone to have sex, they'll just have to deal with this reality, or I'll find someone else who will.
How that ends up being labeled abusive or puts me in a category of disrespecting SP's is a mystery to me. Especially as it pertains to the girl who I've seeing for a couple of years now. What the fuck was i thinking? I pay a hooker $300/hr and I'm supposed to be allowed to pound her for the whole time....what a cheapskate I am. Not only do I have a low opinion of women to pay them for sex but I even expect to "pound" them for the entire session I paid for.

You might want to figure out if you are paying for TIME or for SERVICE. This is where I see a significant difference.
I feel that if you are paying for TIME, then the time should be reserved for whatever consensual activities may occur.
If you are paying for a SERVICE, then the time may be a different type of consieration.
Some SPs are very unclear on what they offer, which can easily create dissatisfaction with the hobbyists, leading to problems for all.
In my humble opinion, I feel that whatever is worth doing is worth doing well. When I go to a spa and pay for a service I want to relax and be pampered a bit. I wouldn't want to go through a "car wash" style assembly line of sorts and be pushed out ASAP.
I use this same principle when I am entertaining. I see people based on TIME, not SERVICE. I like to pamper and offer a wonderful experience for that time period. No rush.
I also find that this OSOG/MSOG issue is more common in the MPs and lower price ranges. Although there are OSOG ladies in every range, you often get what you pay for. You may want to look up a little, or at least look for a GFE.
If you look for someone who is upfront about what they are offering, you may find more satisfaction - in more ways than one.
