Most unaffordable housing in Vancouver? We are still the greatest city in the world!

Whenever I see the claims of Vancouver being "the best city in the world" I often wonder for who exactly? It's not for the twenty-somethings or a young family of first time buyers, that's for sure.

I'm stuck here.

I was born here. All my family live here. The job I have (especially with the downturn in economy) doesn't really leave me much to save up for if I leave home. Just doesn't make sense to live out in New West/Coq when I work about a 15 min. drive from home.

I can't wait until housing market gets better.
