All the guys who posted that they think realtors are overpaid.
Why don't you become one?
Do what I did, start from scratch with no money and make it work.
If the work is so easy and the pay is so good, then why aren't you a realtor?
When you have been a realtor for a couple of years come back and then post your complete garbage about them being overpaid.
I'm not going to write a long winded post on how wrong you are. How many hours we work every single day, holidays, etc... how much of our own money we put into a listing to help sell it - before we even get paid.
You think the premier is overpaid? - you try doing his job for a year, then come back here and post on how easy it is.
We live in a free market economy, geez every 3-4 months there's someone bitching on here about how much other people make.
A while ago it was sp's and their rate per hour.
Why don't we just pay everyone minimum wage so you all can be happy and stop whining.
Are there "people" out there being overpaid for work, yes there are - but you will find that in ALL industrys. (that's why we have review boards and referrals) Most people are lazy and self serving, but there are people out there who care, are knowledgeable and very hard working - and they deserve every penny they get.
