Many of us have been ghosted by some of the popular SPs. Gracie compared to Lina, as mentioned above, is no comparison at all!! I drove across the city after taking a day off work for an appt with Gracie, who flaked on the appt. Lina has never flaked on an appt with me but has with others because of various reasons that were reasonable or not. Not every SP is like Riley where double-booking never takes place, over-booking never happens, etc. Takes a lot of dedication to provide such exemplary service every appt!!!! Need more consistent local SPs!
