How do you imbed a picture in a thread? I pointed at the 'insert image' button, click, and put the url of the picture in the box that opened. Only the picture did not appear, only the link.
I have managed it a couple of times but generally I just get the link appearing.
What am I missing?

Some links won't produce results. Usually, only <.jpeg>, <.gif> or <.pps> tag will generate an image here. There are some others as well, but evidently, the one you used here is not recognized.
