Thanx for the advice
I understand it was a bit short notice but since I didn't find out I was going there until that morning, it was kinda hard to let people know in advance. I thouhgt that since I was going for personal reasons that maybe I would let others know and try to make it a business trip as well. o thank you very much and I definitely will let people know in advance if I go any where, but under these circumstances it just was not possible.
