Just wondering if anyone knows of a link to see the big "controversial" bare back of Nicollette Sheridan in the opening. Just guessing, but it sounds like the usual overblown controversy that we americans are known for - I mean first a quick boob shot and now a womens bare back. I realize that seeing this bit of video may mean I go straight to hell, but I guess I will take my chances.

I thought the interesting thing wasn't the bare back, but rather the color combination --- African American athelete ---- blond caucasian vixen --- you don't see it much in main-stream media.

The American censors did nothing about the incident but react to a barrage of complaints from the American viewing public. You shouldn't criticise the censors as they enforce what is considered the acceptable standards of society. They gauge those standards by the level of complaints generated by any given broadcast event. The criticism should be leveled at that uptight segment of the American population that were sufficiently offended by an insignificant TV spot to call and complain. Steamier scenes than that are shown countless times a day on American daytime soap operas. I personally feel that the complaints were subconsciously rooted in the fact that Terrell Owens is a big, black man, and Nicolette Sheridan is a tiny, white woman. Kind of like "To Kill a Mockingbird", I think.
