Overall, I'd say Moment has really good ambiance compared to others in town - and they often (but not always) have some lovely talent. Perhaps a little bit pricier than others for the extras you get - however quite satisfactory overall. You might also look at Famous in Rutland.

I did stop in just to as for some information ,,, basically told to fuck off, " I too busy you phone make appoitment ". So much for that I guess, it would be helpful if I knew what to expect.

It's fairly straightforward. Pick a masseuse you like, decide how long you'd like to stay - and then there are optional extras for the last say 15-20 minutes of the appointment. Options are topless, nude, and sometimes reverse massage or body slide. Go with the flow, wherever you end up. Sounds like perhaps the current staff aren't top crop though...
