Hey Seabeast, I brought Mocha up first, get to the back of the line! lol

I definitely would enjoy getting together Mocha and you are certainly on the wish list, I'll keep an eye out for postings, feel free to PM when you are planning your trip and for advice on Hotels etc. in our beautiful city.
