MMS Messages of Pooning Phone

I recently sent a text to an SP asking a few questions that weren't answered in any of her ads.

I got back an MMS message, which, on my crappy G3 pooning phone, can't be read. Now, for the next week, every day I'll get a message saying "receive failed" until the posting expires.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way around it? I will only use a burner phone for pooning, so am unlikely to upgrade to a phone capable of seeing MMS messages.

I had the same problem with a mature SP. I asked her to switch to SMS, but she never responded. She might not know how to do it. I am thinking of using a text app to contact her.

I used to work for a telecommunications company and an MMS is simply a multimedia message. So, the received text may have had a picture, or designed signature etc.....
Using a burner phone usually means you have little to know data service, which means that message won't fully download. Just delete it!

Well, of course, but my point is that any text is unreadable as an MMS because of the attached price list, photo or whatever.

Also, they automatically come in every 12 hours and have to be deleted each time until they expire. Usually that takes 5 days.
