You can see on her twitter her traveling schedule. She does seem to spend most of her time here in Winnipeg. She also rooms with Barbie Brooks, and I think Lily too. So you might not be in the condo alone. So you might want to ask about that before making an appt.

Yeah, I found Clara, right at the end of May, and then she retired a month later. I would love to see her again.
