The original question was can they take her house and only pay off the $150,000, that has been answered. I am paying for a lawyer tomorrow, to at least stall the proceedings. Thank you again for everyones contributions and advice. It was definitely useful. I will finally be able to sleep properly with out going crazy with worry.
