I think it makes more sense for a provider to clearly outline the services and restrictions, rather than use broad but vague categories such as GFE or PSE without personalization. It is also possible that some services may be listed as YMMV. Another important point I think is the word experience in GFE/PSE. It certainly does not necessarily mean having unprotected sex; rather, it is a measure of whether a provider is able to provide a customer the experience. To me safety does not define the experience, and vice versa. One of the major issues is that to some customers GFE/PSE may mean something different from the providers they see. If the customers assume the definitions are universal and do not ask for clarifications beforehand, it may lead to misunderstanding and unexpected experiences at a minimum.
And the last I heard harvested organs are in demand and sell way above the MSRPs in the black market
