Apparently you can see her in person also, but I don't like the idea of paying before hand when you don't know what's on the other side

Personal opinion. It's a fake ad. There is the exact same ad in every major city in Canada. If that ain't fishy..not to mention no one has actually seen her. Doesn't talk about scene, or place or time or anything. Just send money and don't worry about the rest. Yeah right.
