You make it sound like there's some issue. I doubt it. If you look at their website regularly, many of the girls have been there for over a year, or many months. Other agencies will have really high turnover rates, and every 2 months you go, there are different girls, which is more reason to wonder what's going on.

I think that girls who work for agencies do it because they don't have to worry about booking or advertising. They just show up and take the jobs they get. But after a while, the ones with a good business sense realize they can do this on their own, so they give it a go. Others are perfectly happy not to have to think about that side of it and would rather let an agency take care of it.
