Not to sound like a "white knight" here, but have you ever even seen Cherise. And curious as to how you can state Skyler is "healthier " than Cherise? Are you both ladies' Physician? Pink Diamond Condos. It's like an agency/brothel. I don't like it for a few reasons. Have to watch the clock as many SP's use them and book time slots. So if you get stuck in traffic and are 30 mins late too bad so sad you are now paying an hour rate for a half hour session. And that hour is more expensive because the SP has to pay a fee to use the place. But the biggest issue I have is the high volume of traffic . Just because a place LOOKS clean doesn't mean it is. How many guys have sent jizz flying on the carpet, the wall etc. How many other dudes have been sweating on that bed before me? And cmon, the neighbors gotta have an idea what's going on .

You may not be wrong, but I have seen some pretty horrendous hygiene practices at micros and revolving door type places. I have seen about a dozen ladies at PDC, and never once have I encountered anyone else working there. They have always had the entire condo to themselves. So, I guess it all depends where you go, who you see, time of day etc. What I do know is that whomever these owners are are filthy stinking rich and making boatloads of money from this. If I had the money I would invest in a clean, bright, safe, private place for this business so ladies could work in top notch conditions, as they deserve it for the work they do.
They have a bunch of locations, everytime I've gone its been at decent condo. Some nicer than other but it's never been a complaint.
That's a lot of assuming . FYI all the ladies are all independent and get privacy and a safe space through whoever supply them with a condo.
The cost of the overhead ( condo rental) is pretty much the same as anywhere else for those ladies and or cheaper than a hotel room but with the advantage of being stocked with the essentials they need .
Cleanliness of the linen is based on the lady you booked the session with and her reputation. It means that from that point on ...it's your selection , your screening, your judgement based on the reviews you read .... and ... your interaction with the lady you took an appointment with ( you know...what goes around comes around )

Yes, they are enhanced. It's not the best job, but still nice. Her personality, awesome attitude and great skills are what makes it great. She is also a very attractive MILF and looks after her health.
That might be a new thing. I remember wanted to see her early last year and she was taking a hiatus as the building security noticed a lot of brown guys coming in and out and was raising suspicion. More than an year actually, I think 2022. I tried to book her as was passing from the area late last year (November? I think), but she was not available then. She never asked my ethnicity though. I was also using a text app so no way she knew before.
